Research Abstract

VR was performed in patients suspected having thyroid malignant lymphoma. 0 of 2 and 7 of 11 patients of Hashimoto's and malignant lymphoma, respectively, showed a positive result in monoclonality in the IgH gene. A single tube VR method, which requires only a microcentrifuge machine and thermal cycler, was established.
