Research Abstract |
β2-adrenergic receptor (β2AR) suppresses inflammatory responses in macrophages. Toll-like receptor 4 stimulation inhibitsβ2AR expression, resulting in enhanced inflammatory responses. Exercise training down-regulates the low-glade inflammation under high fat diet obesity by ghrelin which is expressed in macrophages.
