| Research Abstract |
(1)現在精神科領域で全世界的に最も使用されている米国の診断基準であるDSM-IV(Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders, fourth edition)には、I軸とよばれる臨床疾患の他、II軸とよばれるパーソナリティ障害の診断基準が明記されており、この2つの軸を正確に評価することが、その疾患の治療計画および予後予測等に重要である。
(2)国内では未だ実証的研究の乏しいパーソナリティと精神障害との関連を、構造化面接法と定量的な経過観察から明らかにすることが本研究の目的である。
