Research Abstract |
Neuronal migration has essential roles for cerebral cortical development. Although many studies have focused on the important roles of cytoskeletal proteins, the requirement of membrane trafficking-related proteins has remained unclear. In this study, we revealed that Dynamin, a central regulator for endocytosis, is involved in cortical neuronal migration in vivo.
