Outline of Annual Research Achievements

1. 2つの無限同軸円柱間における圧縮性Navier-Stokes方程式の層流(圧縮性Couette流)の線形化不安定性を考察し,Mach数をゼロとする特異極限過程にお いて虚軸近傍の線形化スペクトルが原点近傍と虚部がMach数の逆数のオーダーの部分とに分割されることを示した.原点近傍の部分には臨界固有値が現れ,その臨界固有値は十分小さいMach数に対して非圧縮問題の場合の臨界固有値の摂動で与えられることを証明した.さらに,軸対称摂動に対して,スペクトルの虚部がMach数の逆数のオーダーの部分は安定なスペクトルとなることを証明し,臨界Reynolds数が非圧縮の場合の摂動で与えられることを示した.証明は,レソルベントパラメーターとMach数の大きさに応じた線形化作用素の摂動解析とエネルギー法の組み合わせによる.成果は学術誌に掲載された.
2. 無限平行平板間における圧縮性Navier-Stokes方程式の時空間周期解の周りの線形化安定性を考察した.線形化作用素は時空間周期係数をもつため,空間変数に関するBloch変換と時間変数に関するFloquet解析を用いて発展作用素のスペクトル解析を行い,時間無限大における漸近的主要部が,領域の水平方向変数に関する熱半群にある時空間周期関数を乗じた関数で与えられることを示した.証明は,線形化問題のモノドロミー作用素を,Blochパラメータの範囲によって2つに分解し,Floquet解析とエネルギー法の併用による.成果は学術誌に掲載された.
3. 予混合燃焼火炎面において,圧縮性が熱伝導方程式に体積的熱損失項をもたらすことを示し,マッハ数展開によって,層流火炎速度に対する弱い圧縮性による補正項を計算した.また,ビオ・サヴァール積分のカットオフ法によって,らせん渦の運動速度に対する渦度分布の効果を計算した.

Reason

圧縮性Couette流のまわりの軸対称摂動に対する線形化解析をMach数に関する評価を伴う形で完成させたことにより,圧縮性Taylor渦の分岐安定性問題に対して,Mach数に関する特異摂動解析が可能となった.圧縮性Navier-Stokes方程式の時空間周期解の線形化安定解析の遂行は,Hopf分岐解析への道を切り拓くものである.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

圧縮性Taylor渦の分岐解析とその軸対称摂動に対する安定性解析を試み,Mach数に関する定量的評価の導出を目指す.安定性解析については,空間周期的摂動に対する安定性を考察し,さらに局所摂動に対する安定性解析へと研究を進める.圧縮性Navier-Stokes方程式に対する中心多様体理論を構築し,分岐Taylor渦のまわりのダイナミクスの解明を目指す.また,接合漸近展開法により圧縮性Couette流の非軸対称摂動に対する線形化安定性解析を試みる.
