Outline of Annual Research Achievements

トポロジカル超伝導体特有のマヨラナフェルミオンの電磁応答の一般論を構築した。また、南部・ケルディッシュGreen関数の計算を整理することで、これまでなされていなかった空間反転対称性の破れた超伝導体接合における異常近接効果の研究を可能とし、その結果、スピン1重項s波のペアポテンシャルがp波超伝導体のペアポテンシャルよりも小さい限りは、異常近接効果が存在することを示した。更に、超伝導ダイオード効果を調べ、トポロジカル絶縁体上の接合においてその効果が顕著になることを示した。また、p波超伝導体表面に存在する奇周波数電子対の存在により磁束芯の準粒子状態がゼロエネルギーでギャップ構造を持つものが現れうることを示した。Sr2RuO4で新たに提案された軌道間1重項ペアが実現される多軌道超伝導体の表面状態の計算を行い、(001)面では明確なゼロエネルギー状態があることを示さした。CaAgPはノーダルライン半金属の候補物質であり、その表面にはドラムヘッド型の分散を持つ表面状態の形成が期待されており、またCaAgPにPdをドープすることにより超伝導が発現することが知られている。このPdドープCaAgPの磁気抵抗効果を2バンドモデルを用いて解析し、Pdが電子ドープになっており、ドープにより表面エレクトロンキャリアが増加することを明らかにした。また量子振動やBKT転移の解析により超伝導が表面キャリアに起因しており、得られたキャリア量と臨界温度TcがUemuraプロットにおける非従来型超伝導の領域にあることを明らかにした。この表面超伝導に対してトンネル分光を行ったところ、ドーム型のトンネルギャップ構造が観測され、表面超伝導がカイラルp波などのトポロジカル超伝導性を有する時間反転対称性の破れた超伝導体の新たな候補物質であることを示した。
