Outline of Opinions Expressed in the Review Results	本研究は、パターン認識受容体のひとつであるC型レクチン受容体（CLR）が担う自己認識に焦点を絞り、新規なリガンドとCLRとの相互作用を中心に、その生物学的意義とそれを支える分子基盤を解明しようとする研究である。当該領域における業績に基づく独自性及び学術性の高い研究である。研究計画に具体性があり、その実現可能性も高いと考えられることから、免疫機構による生体の恒常性維持に関する新たな学術分野をさらに切り開く事が期待される。
