Current Status of Research Progress
Current Status of Research Progress

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.

Reason

The Covid19 crisis has slightly delayed this project. However, I was able to take one research trip to the United States and one research tip to Himeji and Kyoto.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

I have been invited to contribute a book chapter to an edited volume on Japanese aesthetics.
I have been invited to deliver a keynote lecture at an online conference in October, 2023.
My book is scheduled to be published in November, 2023.

Causes of Carryover

I plan to continue conducting research according to my research plan. The budget is necessary for continuing the research.
