Outline of Annual Research Achievements

最終年度として、引き続きカンボジア教育青年スポーツ省(MoEYS)と連携して国際共同研究を行い、本研究を総括するとともに、今後の研究の発展を展望した。カンボジアにおけるSDGs(持続可能な開発目標)と目標4「質の高い教育」にむけた教員改革の現状と課題について研究を深め、新型コロナ禍や気候変動対策等地球規模課題への持続可能な開発のための教育(ESD)等にも着目した。オンライン国際共同研究会や現地調査、文献調査等に加え、次の国際的な研究成果の公表を行った。
International Workshop on Cambodia Teacher Education and Future toward SDGsと題した国際会議を、6月15日プノンペンにてMoEYSとの共催で開催した。特にターゲット4C「開発途上国等における教員養成のための国際協力と有資格教員の増加」に焦点を当てた研究発表を行った。MoEYS次官や国際協力機構(JICA)カンボジア事務所長をはじめ、世界銀行、UNESCO、NGO等の多様なステークホルダーが参加、活発な議論がなされ、今後の国際共同研究に向けた連携を強化した。
第13回アジア比較教育学会大会(CESA 2023、11月24-26日、広島)にて、Cambodia Teacher Reform and Education Policy Responding to Crisis: Toward SDGs in Post/with Corona Societyと題したセッションを開催した。MoEYSより、Dr. Dy Samsideth(教育総局次長)およびDr. Chhinh Sitha(教育研究評議会上席研究員)を招聘、研究代表者・分担者と共に研究発表を行い、世界各国からの参加者と活発な議論を行った。また、本研究の総括と今後の発展に関する研究会を開催した。
