Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study focuses on the mentoring system, a training system for teachers. The mentoring system is a system in which mentors with abundant knowledge and experience work with inexperienced mentees on career development and psychological and social aspects through interviews and other means. The introduction of this system, which started at a general company, into the school setting has confirmed the systematic transfer of teachers' leadership skills, which had previously occurred spontaneously. Furthermore, it was also confirmed that the introduction of this system increased teacher wellbeing.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
教育の質の保障のためには、教師の指導力の向上が必要不可欠である。しかし、多忙な業務のため、研修に費やす時間や労力が不足しているという現実がある。そのような現状の中、今回のメンターシステムの導入事例を研究したことにより、教師の研修システムの在り方に一つの方向性を示すことができたのではないかと考える。組織的にメンターシステムを導入した現場では、教師の指導力やウェルビーングの向上が見られた。
