Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, (1) the improvement of academic ability is brought about by the best mix (optimization) of the relationships between actors based on the "three-layered structure of expectations", and (2) the concrete actions of expectations are: It is hypothesized that the actor's actions and the improvement of their qualities and abilities are valued (reconfigured values), and that the actor's sense of self-efficiency is enhanced, leading to success in the next stage. We tried to validate the model. The target of the analysis was the school management within the local government under the superintendent C of the municipality B in prefecture A. The "expectations" of servant leadership starting from the superintendent led to the improvement of academic ability as performance maximization. Above all, it brought about the formation of identity for the principal by improving human resource development ability.
