Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Research to determine the 3D structures of infection-associated molecules to elucidate the infection mechanism of crustacean acute viremia has just begun. In this study, we elucidated the X-ray crystal structure of VP37 and proposed a model of its complex with infection-associated VP28. We hope that the results of this study will be used in future studies to elucidate the mechanisms of WSSV infection and the important information base for the prevention and protection of crustacean acute viremia.
