Outline of Annual Research Achievements

2022年3月までの間に26例に介入試験を実施した。その結果、主要評価項目であるプログラム前後の養育レジリエンス得点が有意に増加した（PREQ合計= +15.5（SD = 9.70）; Cohen d = 1.38、P <.0001）。副次評価項目としてPSI得点、GHQ-28得点、STAI-stateおよびSTAI-trait得点が有意に減少した。認知行動療法をベースとした保健指導プログラムは、子育て中の親のレジリエンスの増強およびメンタルヘルスの向上に寄与する可能性が示唆された。
本研究は単群デザインであるため、今後無作為化比較試験を用いて効果を検証する必要がある。

現在介入試験を終了し、解析および論文投稿準備中である。
プロフラム終了から1年後のアンケート調査を実施中で、年内に集計および解析を終える予定である。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

本研究で開発したプログラムをもとに、今後段階的ケア体制（ステップドケア）を取り入れたランダム化比較試験を行い、プロぐグラムの効果検証と社会実装に向けた研究を実施する予定である。

Causes of Carryover

理由：解析作業が遅れたため
計画：今年度に解析作業を完了し、6月に世界認知行動療法学会（韓国ソウル）にて研究結果を発表する予定である。繰り越した助成金は解析および渡航にかかる経費を使用する。
