| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本課題では、フレイル高齢者の健康行動と環境要因に着目した研究を実施する。2年度目にあたる2021年度の成果は以下の通りである。
１．地理情報システム（GIS）を使用して作成した近隣環境変数（人口密度や食料品店の数など）を既存の郵送調査データとの突合しデータセットを完成させた。また、先行して実施していた、他地域のデータを作った近隣環境とフレイルの関連性についての研究が国際誌に掲載された（Abe et al., Geriatr Gerontol Int, 2021）。
２．フレイルの新規発症を予測するモデルを作成し、健康行動の実践によりどの程度リスクが下がるかを統計的に算出した。この成果は、国際誌に掲載された（Abe et al., Prev Med, 2021）。
３．近隣環境と日常の移動手段の関連性についての解析を開始するためのデータセット作成に着手した。これは上記１．の成果に付随する内容である。本解析は次年度になる見込みであるが、年度明け早々に着手できる状態まで進めた。
