Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
頭部画像診断を用いた機械学習についての研究を引き続き行った。臨床現場において、大脳白質の髄鞘形成に関連するMRI信号の変化は、乳児の正常な発達を評価するのに役立つ。そこで我々は、2歳以下の119名の乳児のT1強調画像およびT2強調画像の信号変化を機械学習させ、年齢推定させる研究を行った。結果は正確度の高い年齢推定が得られた。

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
頭部CT画像を用いて緊急性のある出血を診断する機械学習については思った結果が得られず、実績に結びついていない。しかしながら、頭部MRI画像を用いた研究については大脳白質病変や血管周囲腔を機械学習させ、自動検出させるシステム構築については順調に進んでおり、今後学会発表などをしていく予定である。

引き続き機械学習についての知識をさらに深め、専門家からの指導を仰ぎながら、頭部画像にある病変を自動検出、および診断できるシステム構築を進めていく。

Causes of Carryover |
コロナ感染拡大により、Web上での学会参加が多く、旅費が削減できたため。また、研究に使用している物品の故障も少なかったため。
