Outline of Annual Research Achievements

加齢黄斑変性症に対する新規治療薬として、IMD-0354の持つ可能性に関して検討を行い、研究結果をまとめた論文をExperimental Cel Researchに投稿し、「NF-κB activation in retinal microglia is involved in the inflammatory and neovascularization signaling in laser-induced choroidal neovascularization in mice」として、受理された。
今回はマウスにおける検討であったが、今後はヒトへの臨床応用を含めて研究を重ねる予定である。
