Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study developed the Japanese version of the Team Psychological Safety for Nurses (JPSN) scale, examined its reliability and validity, and clarified its relationship to basic attributes. The JPSN was translated from Edmondson's (1999) Team psychological safety scale, and a survey was conducted on nurses who belonged to a ward nursing team. I also found that none of the variables of age, gender, years of experience, or department of the hospital ward were found to be associated with psychological safety perceptions of the team.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
