Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, "problem-solving skills" and "team-building skills" were clearly defined as goals for students to acquire in nursing courses. To achieve these abilities, we systematically introduced both "information and communication technology (ICT)-based flipped classroom" and "team-based learning" throughout an entire course, and evaluated and verified their effectiveness over time.
After data collection and analysis were completed, the results of this study were presented orally at an academic meeting of the Japanese Society of Nursing Education and accepted for publication in an academic journal, bringing the study to a conclusion.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
Incorporating TBL into the curriculum not only contributes to team building but is also effective as a teaching method to improve student learning. The intervention led to improvements in team approach and critical-thinking disposition across the course.
