Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purpose of this study was to develop a program and to test its effectiveness. Teacher instructed from the end phase of the technique, not assisting.The program was easy that especially for learners who had difficulty with instrumental exercises or who were working on them for the first time.The gymnastics from the end phase reduced fear because the landing was visible. The learners to experience success over and over again. It will be necessary to implement the method from a kinematic viewpoint.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究では運動中の補助を行わないことで,新たな専門的技能や知識を獲得する時間を抑えることが示唆された.これは同時に年配の教員や体力的に補助ができない教員の負担を減らすことができると考えられる.また、終末局面から指導することで,どの局面の技能が不十分なのかが具体的に明確になる.さらに,終末局面から指導することは学習者の助走を抑えることができ,初心者の怪我を軽減させることができる.本研究の成果は、マット運動や鉄棒運動といった他の器械運動種目においても終末局面から教える教材開発への波及効果が期待されることとなった.
