In this study, we paid its attention to the Care Service NPO. And a development problem of the informal service was clarified.
For example, the next matter became clear.
(1) The weakness of the risk management system.
(2) The weakness of the cooperation with related organizations.
(3) The necessity for the staff to understand the mission of the organization.
(4) The necessity of securing professional personnel.
(5) The lack of workers.
