Research Abstract |
Glycosylation plays an important role in various physiological processes such as development, immunity and neural functions. However, mechanisms regulating glycosylation still remain largely unknown. To elucidate it, we performed a large scale screen using Drosophila RNAi library and identified novel genes. We analyzed the functions of the genes and found novel mechanisms of mRNA of glycosylation related genes.
