Research Abstract

Granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF) treatment alone could not alter expression level of macrophage differentiation. On the other hands, when the TIM was treated with GM-CSF and siRNA for macrophage colony stimulating factor(M-CSF) receptor(M-CSFR) altered the expression of signal pathway proteins towards dendritic cell like feature. Above findings indicated we successfully re-educated(re-differentiated) TIM towards monocyte-derived dendritic cells like population and we showed the macrophage plasticity.
