Research Abstract |
To explore p63-controlled cellular signaling pathways, we performed p63 RNA interference, phosphoprotein array analyses and gene expression profiling. Results suggest that the.ΔNp63αisoform interacts with protein phosphatase 2A(PP2A),β-catenin and TCF-4 to activate Wnt signal target gene expression.
