Research Abstract

It was successful that direct delivery of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) isozymes into myocardium in acute myocardial infarction rat model. The direct delivery of NOS reduced the size of infarcted area in acute phase after acute myocardial infarction. And then the direct delivery NOS of improved cardiac function.
