Research Abstract |
This study has clarified that layered double hydroxidesintercalated with organic acid anions with the ability of chelate complex formation couldtake up rare metal ions from an aqueous solution. The material has uptake selectivityof rare metal ions. This reaction is under chemical reaction control.
