Research Abstract |
This study has attempted to empirically examine how newcomers' proactive behaviors influence their adjustment to an organization. Especially, we focused on analyzing the relationships among organizational socialization tactics used by firms, newcomers' proactive behaviors, and their organizational adjustment outcomes. Results indicated that organizational socialization tactics increase the level of newcomers' proactive behaviors, which in turn promotes their adjustment to the organization.
