Research Abstract |
Development of novel catalyst, reaction, and synthetic method for drug discovery was succeeded. Thus, sulfur-modified Au-supported Pd, ring-closing metathisis/oxidation, and cycloisomerization of ene and 1,3-diene were developed for drug library synthesis and discovery of selective MAO inhibitory agents.
