Research Abstract |
MHC class I-binding receptors regulate cytotoxic T lymphocyte activities, which cells are indispensable in controlling tumor and transplant rejection. In this study, I have clarified the molecular mechanism of the regulation system controlled by the MHC class I-binding receptors. The findings will provide a novel strategy for regulating cytotoxic T lymphocyte-mediated immunity and diseases.
