Research Abstract |
Incretins are synthesized and released at enteroendocrine cells, and stimulate beta cells in pancreas to maintain blood glucose. Their distributions and functions were investigated by using three dimensional exvivo culturing systems of mouse pancreas. The role of incretins in pancreatic cancer development are remains to be elucidated.
