Research Abstract |
Overexpression of PHD1,2,3 and 4 or siRNA-mediated knockdown of PHD1 and 2 did not affect 3T3-L1 adipogenesis. We successfully transferred and set up Phd1^<ff>Phd2^<ff>Phd3^<ff>, Phd2^<ff>, Phd3^<f+>and Phd2^<ff>Rosa26^<+/CreERT2>mice from Connecticut University. By using 7 x HRE artificial promoter, we screened various compounds and founded new compounds equivalent to cobalt.
