Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Models based on non-cooperative games were applied to several management and economic problems, and several findings were obtained. Specifically, 1) We focused on innovation in organizations and clarified that the balance between existing knowledge held by members within an organization and orientation towards new knowledge influences the emergence of innovation. 2) We, modeled the act of reselling scarce goods by individuals as a non-cooperative expansion game, and clarified that the existence of equilibrium differs depending on the transparency of information and the presence or absence of uncertainty between producers and resellers. 3) It was shown that the basic income system can be sustainable if it is operated appropriately, allowing for the diversity of labor values held by workers, and that the added value of society as a whole will not be significantly impaired.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
