Outline of Annual Research Achievements

症例登録は順調に進んでいる。急性心不全患者のクラスター解析、収縮機能の保たれた心不全例(HFpEF)における左室径の意義、急性心不全例における非侵襲的陽圧呼吸の予後に及ぼす影響、退院時肝機能障害が予後に及ぼす影響、心不全ガイドライン改定に伴うトルバプタンの使用状況と臨床転帰、慢性閉塞性肺疾患(COPD)合併例におけるβ遮断薬の予後に及ぼす影響などについて論文を公表した。統計的リスクモデルを用いた心不全患者の突然死予測について心不全学会・パネルデイスカッションで発表した。海外の学会では、心不全の至適心拍数、ガイドラインで推奨された標準的心不全治療薬の実臨床における使用状況、高齢者心不全の心機能別の層別解析、高齢者心不全の死因などについて発表した。

症例登録は順調に進んでいる。成果発表も学会、論文共に想定通りに成果を上げている。症例数蓄積に伴い、多面的な解析が可能となった。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

入院時血糖値、年齢・栄養状態・腎機能別に解析した標準的薬物治療の実態、身体所見による予後予測、性別による薬物治療の効果の違い、AIを用いた心電図の深層学習などについてさらに解析予定である。
