Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
The first round of data collection was completed, and the initial findings were presented at the TTRA APAC conference in December. Two publications were released, and another is on the way, expected in May 2024. Overall, research progress is on the right track.

Reason
Recently, I submitted a research abstract to a Q1 ranking journal (details not yet disclosed), which was accepted. I am currently preparing a manuscript for submission by August 2024.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
A second round of data collection is necessary in Japan. Additionally, during the fiscal year 2024, I plan to stay in Melbourne, Australia, to share my research findings and observe hospitality employment practices.

Causes of Carryover |
During the fiscal year 2024, allocated funding amount is planned for editing services for publications and for purchasing books and articles. Travel expenses between Osaka and Melbourne are also expected.
