Research Abstract |
Recognition site of mouse IgG monoclonal antibody to bovine serum albumin was sequenced for development of recombinant canine IgE against bovine serum albumin. A thresfold of serum IgE concentration to induce in vivo allergic reaction was examined with PK test; however, ideal results were not obtained. It is necessary to select allergens used for this study.
