Research Abstract |
In this study, the researcher has applied a novel phosphate capture molecule, biotinylated Phos-tag (Phos-tag Biotin BTL-111), which was originally synthesized, to a quartz-crystal microbalance procedure (QCM). By using the BTL-111,a phosphate-affinity QCM sensor chip has been newly developed. This novel biosensor chip permitted highly sensitive detections of phosphorylated biomolecules, such as phosphoproteins or DNA.
