Outline of Final Research Achievements |
“Removal of doripenem during hemodialysis and the optimum dosing regimen for patients undergoing hemodialysis” was published by Therapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis. Clinical and basic research of adsorption of arbekacin onto dialysis membranes is submitting to English journal. The investigation of dialyzability of drugs using anuric rat model has been in progress. Hemodialysis without anesthesia could be carried out, and dialysate and substitution fluid was changed from lactate ringer solution to SubloodB in a physical way. The dialyzability of vancomycin in anuric rat model was almost same as the dialyzability in patients.
