Research Abstract

歯科治療を行う糖尿病患者からも正常歯肉、慢性歯肉炎、慢性歯周炎、慢性潰瘍の組織を得て、同様にDEC発現量を解析した。糖尿病患者では、しばしば歯周病を合併するため、健常人、歯周病患者、歯周病のない糖尿病患者、歯周病のある糖尿病患者のDEC発現を比較することにより、それぞれの病態に特有の影響と両者に共通の影響を明らかにした。
