Research Abstract |
We investigated the molecular pathology of atopic cataracts and found essential roles of PAI-1, an downstream molecule of IFN-γ, for the cataractgenesis. We also reported clinical and pathological features of atopic glaucoma as new clinical entity. We published these findings in an academic journal.
