Research Abstract |
The novel direct-plating method described here provides a significant technical advance over conventional methods of iPSC. induced osteoprogenitor cells by avoiding the embryonic body formation that often leads to heterogeneous and unpredictable osteogenic differentiation. Because of simplicity, our novel direct-plating method could be amenable to large-scale production of osteoprogenitor cells for bone regeneration.
