Research Abstract |
We investigated the effect of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell(hMSC) and bisphosphonate on inflammatory cytokine-induced osteoclast differentiation. Our findings showed that osteoclast differentiation by TNF-alpha was suppressed by hMSC and the suppression was inhibited by bisphosphonate.
