Research Abstract |
Cell migration contributes a variety of diseases including tumor metastasis and lymphocyte chemotaxis in allergic diseases. It is important to elucidate molecular mechanisms underlying the regulation of cell migration to provide new therapeutic targets. In this research, we focused on Rho family G proteins and their regulators, which play key roles in signal transduction pathways leading to regulation of cell migration, and found several novel signaling pathways and their interactions.
