極端気象条件下における土砂災害の発生機構および災害軽減

Research Abstract

極端気象条件下における土砂災害の発生機構および災害軽減を研究するために,H25年度において,下記の通りに研究を実施した。
(1)大規模地すべり地における現地計測:H24年に続きH25年度に,宮崎県西米良村二畝ノ谷地すべりに対して,長時間高分解能現地観測を行った.また,地すべり末端において異なる時期で高精度表面波探査を繰り返して実施した.それによって,地すべり変動による斜面土層の物性変化を調査し,斜面変動との関係を解明した.
(2)異常気象時に発生した土砂災害に対する現地調査:H25年の台風18号により滋賀県栗東市において発生した土砂災害および台風26号により伊豆大島において発生した大規模表層崩壊に対して,現地調査を行い,土砂災害発生の地質,地形および斜面土層状況を調べた.また,伊豆大島から採取した試料(テフラ)を用いて,飽和非排水/自然排水状態でのリングせん断試験および降雨による斜面崩壊模型実験を実施した.その結果,①崩壊に伴ってせん断面附近において高い過剰間隙水圧が発生し,せん断抵抗がほぼゼロまで低下しうること,②斜面崩壊模型実験において,降雨により後退性崩壊が発生し,崩壊土塊において高い過剰間隙水圧が生じて,崩土が高速で流下しうることが分かった.
(3) 土層の撥水性の変化と斜面変動に関する実験研究:斜面土層の撥水性の変化による斜面崩壊の発生運動への影響を解明するため,異なる撥水性を持つ土試料を用いた斜面土層を作って,降雨による斜面崩壊実験を実施した.その結果,土層の撥水性の変化により,斜面崩壊の発生・運動機構が大きく異なることが分かった
