| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
今回の研究は冠動脈疾患治療のコホートを作り、日本人の冠動脈疾患の治療成績を明らかにすることである。当院で2012年12月までに冠動脈血行再建術として冠インターベンション(PCI)またはバイパス手術(CABG)を施行された症例の背景と薬物治療内容、予後を追跡した。対象は冠動脈ステント導入後の1997年から2011年までにPCIを施行したコホートと人工心肺を非使用冠動脈バイパス術（OPCAB）時代の2004年から2011年までにバイパス術を施行したコホートである。
PCI は連続6235 回施行され、患者数は3507例で、バイパス手術(CABG)は1200例であった。方法は院内の通院記録とアンケート用紙を郵送し、死亡・急性冠症候群・脳卒中を1次評価項目に調査した。このほか再血行再建や出血イベントを副次イベントとした。追跡率は現在PCI症例97％で予後調査は終了し、現在データの固定中である。CABG症例では追跡率は70%にとどまり、電話連絡等でさらに追跡率をあげる予定である。
PCI症例については予後調査が終了した層別、たとえば糖尿病、心房細動、透析症例、若年者、高齢者などの集団に限定して、昨年は別表に示すように多数の学会報告を行い。一部論文となり、既に掲載されたもの、現在論文作成中のものも多数ある
