| Research Abstract |
Zfp57 is required for the tumorigenicity and hematogenous metastaic ability of humoral cancer cell line by upregulating IGF2 expression and Zfp57 activates AKT through IGF2 signaling.
Zfp57 is over-expressed in several humoral cancer tissues and especially in liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.
