Research Abstract |
Six potent Cytotoxic T cell inducing 9mer peptide that derived from Plasmodium falciparum were indentified. Out of 6, immunization of HLA-A24 transgenic mice with 3 peptides partially protected mice from lethal malaria infection. This results suggest that CTL inducing malaria vaccine is promising new vaccine.
