Research Abstract

All UGT1A isoforms and UGT1A enzyme activities were detected in 9 regions of the rat brain. We showed that phenobarbital treatment induced UGT1A1, UGT1A6, and UGT1A7 mRNA expression and enzyme activities in some regions of the rat brain.
