Research Abstract

We analyzed expression of micro RNA in Notch1 intercellular domain over expressed DO11.10 cells. We identified one of micro RNA, miR449a, which expression was controlled under the Notch signaling. To clarified role of miR449a, we established miR449a knock out mouse. We compared development and maturation of immune competent cell between wild type and miR449a KO mouse. However, we could not find any difference on differentiation of immune competent cell at thymus, spleen and other secondary lymphoid tissue. We also analyzed immune competent cell in small intestinal lamina propria and intraepithelial lymphocytes, we could not find any difference between wild and miR449a KO mouse.
