統合失調症と自閉症スペクトラム障害の遺伝学的な共通性と特有性の解明

Research Abstract

マイクロRNA（miRNA）とはタンパク質をコードしない小分子RNAであり、統合失調症や自閉症スペクトラム障害（Autism Spectrum Disorders, ASD）の病態におけるmiRNAの関与が注目されている。統合失調症およびASDのリスク変異を同定するため、1,502の日本人サンプルについてMIR137遺伝子をリシークエンスした。同遺伝子の上流と下流に計4個の変異を見出したが、統合失調症およびASDとの関連は認められなかった。
