Outline of Annual Research Achievements

１．本年度は前年度に引き続きAcetate-PETの解析を行った。
ラットの脳には個体差があるため、その標準化を行う必要があった。Matlab、P-Modなどの解析ソフトを用い、標準化を行うその標準脳に対し52の領域に分割し、おのおのの領域のアセテートの代謝速度を解析した。全脳では解析可能であった個体であっても領域ごとの解析を行うには不適切な個体が多く、特にセボフルレン1.5%で維持した個体については、十分なN数を残すことが出来なかった。今後、更なる解析で、統計学的に優位な部分を明らかにするための方法を確立する必要があることが明らかになった。
２．本年度は新たに脳内のネットワークの変化を明らかにするため、高解像MRIを用いたネットワーク解析の系の立ち上げを行った。当初、画像のゆがみで苦労したが、ほぼ全脳にわたって撮像を施行することに成功した。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

Acetate-PETの更なる解析と、高解像MRIの解析の系を立ち上げて、Acetate-PETで特に取り込みの下がっている領域が、MRIのネットワークの変化にどのように影響を与えるかを明らかにする方針である。
