| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本年度は昨年度までに行ったAcetate-PETの解析を続行するとともに、麻酔下でのネットワーク解析を行う元となるMRI撮像法の開発を行った。その時に問題となった麻酔深度によって脳血流が異なることによる影響の有無を調査するために、MRIでとられることの多い立位と臥位での血液ガスの変化についての検討を行った。立位でのpO2 (mmHg)はそれぞれのセボルレン濃度下で、 90.5±5.5（2％）、 85.4±6.9（2.5％）、89.5±12.1（3％）、86.7±4.6（3.5％）、 67.4±6.7（4％） (Mean±S.D., n=5‐6)臥位ではそれぞれ、85.3±6.8, 75.3±6.3, 78.3±8.2, 68.5±9.7 and 55.5±6.9 (Mean±S.D., n=6)であった。立位でのSEV 2%, 2.5% and 3.5% におけるpO2は臥位より有意に高値であった. 立位でのpCO2 (mmHg)は50.8±5.9, 54.9±8.0, 57.2±5.8, 59.9±6.9 and 66.3±9.6 (Mean±S.D., n=6)臥位では 53.1±10.4, 57.6±7.7, 62.1±4.3, 71.1±9.2 and 70.5±7.8 in the Horizontal position (Mean±S.D., n=6)であり、我々の予測に反して立位のほうが脳血流への影響が少ない可能性が示唆された。さらに、医薬品と同等の化合物をポジトロン放射性核種で標識し、その体内動態をPET装置で測定することにより、ヒトでの医薬品の臓器内分布量（ppm）の経時的変化を非侵襲的かつ定量的に推定する方法を開発し、論文化した。
グリアタイプの細胞に対する麻酔薬の影響をより深く解析するための新規方法論の開発として、グリアタイプ細胞のモデルを試験管内で培養し、エキソソーム分泌機序を検討し、プロテオミクス解析を行った。
